Our dairy and cheese farm is located in the Krimpenerwaard in the Zuidbroek polder (municipality of Bergambacht) in the middle of the peat meadow area of the Groene Hart. In the vicinity of Gouda (10 km), Rotterdam (25 km) and Utrecht (35 km). We have 170 hectares of land in use, including 34 hectares of arable land. We have more than 440 dairy cows on our farm. They stay in the newly built freestall stable in 2005. In 2012 we expanded this stable with 300 places so that there is now room for 500 cows in the stable. Our dairy cows are outside from spring to October. The dairy cows stay indoors at night. Our cows are milked twice a day in the morning and afternoon in the 24-stall rotary milking parlour. Almost all our milk is processed into Gouda farmer's cheese every year. The remaining milk is delivered to the factory. Farmer's cheese is made from the milk six days a week. It is a traditional process that has been taking place at our company for decades. In addition to Gouda farmer's cheese, we also make herbal cheeses: paprika/chives cumin fenugreek mustard nettle pesto Italian herbs garlic/onion and truffle. Our cheeses go to wholesale shops and catering establishments at home and abroad. Of course, our cheese is also for sale in our own shop on the farm.

Park Equine Hospital is a veterinary clinic situated on 25 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass in the city of Lexington. It is a full service equine facility consisting of climate controlled exam and treatment rooms surgical suites padded induction/recovery room 22 stalls (including isolation) and 8 paddocks. Services include surgery medicine ambulatory care reproduction sports medicine and podiatry. 24 hour emergency care is offered at both locations along with a full service laboratory and a pharmacy containing a drive through window. From its beginnings in 2001 Park Equine Hospital quickly grew in size and popularity within the local Winchester community. Shortly thereafter PEH moved to its current location in Lexington near the border of Fayette and Bourbon county. PEH continued to grow helping out more and more clients and patients along the way. In the summer of 2015 Park Equine Hospital at Woodford was established in the beautiful city of Versailles. The new Woodford hospital is located at 3550 Lexington Road Versailles KY just a few miles west of Keeneland racetrack.Today both full service equine hospitals are open 24 hours a day.

F.W. Mansfield & Son
Located in Kent the Garden of England Mansfields is one of the largest growers and packers of top stone and soft fruit with over 40 years of experience. The family run business is the biggest UK apple grower and the largest UK cherry grower whilst also growing pears plums and strawberries in significant volumes. The company comprises of over 3 500 acres of top fruit (dessert apples culinary apples and pears) stone fruit (cherries plums and apricots) and soft fruit (strawberries and raspberries) which are grown on over 20 farms in Kent at varied geographic locations in order to extend harvest seasons and to mitigate weather related risk. All of our farms are within a 20 minute drive of our packhouse and storage facilities guaranteeing freshness and quality. The packing site is located at Nickle Farm on the outskirts of Chartham village six miles south of Canterbury on the A28. Here we grade and pack all of our own fruit as well as for third parties with the most modern facilities. We employ around 250 permanent staff over the various sites. During the height of the season this figure can grow to approximately 1 500.

Each of these graduates goes home to employ others on their farm which helps to create the jobs our country so desperately needs in the rural areas. Our experts in agricultural development have developed a best-practice model that is working well and ensuring our continued growth. We now have two training academies: one in Delmas Mpumalanga and the other which opened this year in Mkhondo (Piet Retief) KwaZulu-Natal.
