It has been conceived as a place divided into three coexisting spaces: bar for tapas wines cavas champagnes gin tonics and other spirits; delicatessen shop and a restaurant that offers fresh market premium food. In September 2014 18 months after its creation NOW opens its second wine bar in Barcelona.

She takes our farms' pure natural spring water grain spirit home-grown elderflower plus ten other secret botanicals and transforms them into a fantastically smooth and aromatic dry gin. Each batch is small and every single bottle is carefully handcrafted by us from the filling to the wax seal and label finishing.
