Balar Wine Estate
Balar is a producer of limited edition fine boutique wines. Its vineyards are located in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria in the sunny Thracian Valley. The large number of sunny days per year the soil’s excellent drainage and the deliberately reduced harvest of 400 kg/decare are a vital prerequisite for the production of rich full-bodied and memorable red wines from the Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Syrah varieties. The wines are produced in limited series and are left to mature in French oak barrels for a minimum of six months. Once bottled the wine develops an exquisite and classy bouquet of aromas and tastes. Balar’s vision is to create boutique red wines of distinct character for people who can truly appreciate fine wine.

CANTINA DI SOAVE
Cantina di Soave founded in 1898 is today one of the most interesting wineries on the wine scene. With its 6,000 hectares of vineyards, it is a company that boasts an important past and is moving towards a present full of activity and new challenges. Row after row the company has managed to create over time a highly selected mosaic of cellars and vineyards that have gone well beyond the Soave area, land of the wine of the same name, up to the lands of Garda and the hills of Valpolicella, the kingdom of Amarone.
