Bodega Cruzat
The Winery was founded in 2004 by a group of Chilean businessmen and the Argentine Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist Pedro Federico Rosell. Since its inception, the objective has been to develop top quality sparkling wines for the high-end segment. A market with great potential and growth in the region. Initially, one of the priorities of the project was to find the most appropriate place to plant the vineyards and build the winery in order to meet the objective of producing sparkling wines of the highest level. To do this, the ideal characteristics that should be had were identified. Thus, areas of good altitude, soils with good drainage and good temperatures were chosen. Cruzat sparkling wines made under the traditional method of second bottle fermentation are a reflection of the permanent search for excellence and the constant concern for each of the details in the production process. It is a product that combines tradition as well as knowledge and technology, all put at the service of our experts who dedicate themselves every day to the production of Cruzat sparkling wines. Corbin Hill Food Project is a nonprofit virtual food hub aimed at supplying fresh vegetables and fruit where they are needed most. Llevar alimentos frescos a las áreas más necesitadas. Defined by an important journalist in the sector as "the patriarch of the still", Bepi specially had manually operated steam stills built which are still used in the company today. In fact, the steam still does not "burn" the pomace or grapes but delicately transports the alcoholic vapors upwards, keeping the perfumes and aromas intact until a pure and precious distillate is obtained.
