JUSTIN Winery is a family owned and operated winery making estate grown and produced wines. The property was founded in 1981 by Justin and Deborah Baldwin when they planted their 160 acre property to the major Bordeaux varietals and created their Estate vineyard. The winery is located in the Paso Robles appellation of California’s Central Coast. The region’s first grapes were planted in 1779 by Franciscan missionaries and today are home to the third highest concentration of wineries in the United States. Their desire is to make world class wines that reflect the unique soils and climate of their California Central Coast property. Emphasis is placed on making Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals combining Old World tradition with New World techniques.

Shortly after World War I, Alfred Andersen returned to Denmark after almost 20 years in the USA. In the states, he had seen a tying system for cows which could make the daily life of the Danish milk producers easier. So Alfred Andersen began the production and sale of a binding system - a system which became the precursor to what later became a rod binding. The Dan bandage later became a term for Danish milk producers. Via Dan EgtvedŽ's dominant role on the Danish market, the company has expanded its activities to also include exports. Since the beginning of the sixties to Germany and Switzerland and since the end of the seventies to the Scandinavian markets. Today, exports are mainly to Germany, Sweden and Finland. We have been Central Oregon's premier fly fishing club since 1979. Central Oregon Flyfishers (COF) is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to broadening the public's knowledge and understanding of Oregon's aquatic resources. Our membership consists of avid experienced fly fishers as well as those who are new to the sport. Our group is multifaceted and concerns of our members range from conservation projects to simply advocating wise fishery practices.
