Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias Castilla - La Mancha (previously called Union of Agrarian Cooperatives of Castilla-La Mancha-UCAMAN-) is the entity created to represent, defend and promote the Castilian-La Mancha agricultural cooperative movement and provide it with the necessary services to make it more competitive. Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias Castilla - La Mancha was established in September 1987 in Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real) promoted by a small group of agricultural cooperatives interested in the creation of a structure that efficiently represented the interests of regional agricultural cooperatives. Currently, Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias Castilla - La Mancha brings together 312 Castilian-La Mancha cooperatives belonging to the main agri-food sectors in the region, bringing together 115,000 members who together invoice 795.6 million euros annually. Since its creation, it has deployed an active presence in the agrarian scene not only in Castile-La Mancha but also in the national and community, defending the interests of the cooperatives and their farming and ranching partners and presenting at all times serious, rigorous and professional alternatives to the different problems that have been posed to the agri-food sector of our region. It is associated with the Confederation of Agro-food Cooperatives (previously called Confederation of Agrarian Cooperatives of Spain -CCAE-) and through this to the General Confederation of Agrarian Cooperatives of the European Union (COGECA) entity. which represents European agricultural cooperativism.

The Fioravanti Onesti Agricultural Company presents its wines produced with fine grapes harvested and processed in the Rovarè di San Biagio di Callalta estate in the heart of Veneto and the renowned Treviso area not far from Venice. The Fioravanti Onesti agricultural company was founded in the early nineteenth century when the Paduan Baron Francesco Fioravanti Onesti, ancestor of the current owners, purchased the property located in Rovarè di San Biagio di Callalta which previously belonged to the Da Lezze nobles. The heirs, all great agricultural enthusiasts, lavished money and innovations "to make fertile and fertile lands that were previously sterile and infertile". Thus the Treviso historian Antonio Caccianiga in his “Memories of the province of Treviso” of 1874 confirmed how “the sign. Today the predominantly wine-producing estate is looked after with passion and great commitment by Alvise Fioravanti Onesti who continues the family tradition while respecting nature and the final product.

Great Domaines
Great Domaines was established in 2000 when it first started importing fine wine from a handful of top domaines in Burgundy France. The organization is completely focused on importing domaines that are at the top of the qualitative scale in their respective fine wine regions. The personal relationships with the various domaines are the backbone to the success of the business as a large portion of the wine especially the Burgundy is very hard to obtain elsewhere in the fine wine market. As a result at least one trip each year takes place to visit our producers and maintain these relationships which is essential. The first wine officially imported by Great Domaines was the 1999 vintage from Burgundy domaine Jacques-Frederic Mugnier. In the beginning 6 domaines were imported regularly and now the Burgundy portfolio has 24 domaines. Excluding Burgundy the rest of the portfolio is driven by the same philosophy of establishing direct personal relationships with great domaines in various fine wine regions in Europe and importing their wines every year.
