Highway Materials, Inc. is a producer of hot mix asphalt, crushed stone and sand, and ready mix concrete for the heavy/highway construction industry. Operating since 1936, the company has facilities in Chester, Franklin, Lancaster, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia counties.
