Spantech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is run by a group of professionals founded in 1992 by a highly experienced engineer from IIT Bombay as a firm manufacturing compressed air systems at first and later integrating into PSA Nitrogen Generation Systems PSA / VPSA Oxygen Generation Systems and Ozone Generation Systems. We became a corporate entity in early 2010 and became an ISO 9001-2008 company in 2011. Spantech Oxygen and Nitrogen Generation Systems are based on non-hazardous and low-pressure PSA and VPSA technologies which uses compressed air to produce nitrogen and oxygen onsite at a much lower cost than traditionally purchased O2 and N2. We believe in generating solutions that help you cut your gas costs and eliminate the risk of handling high pressure cylinders and bottles. We have a manufacturing unit at Thane near Mumbai fully equipped to fabricate and assemble our full range of generators and air systems. We also have an in-house pilot plant to measure critical parameters such as O2 and dew point as well as test gas cylinder stations to calibrate O2 analysers. We have now launched our product range in the Middle East starting our focus in United Arab Emirates with the hopes of expanding to other GCC countries soon. Responsive Engineering
Responsive Engineering has a business model rarely replicated elsewhere. Through one portal customers can access the latest generation of CNC machining specialist welding (including state of the art clean room facilities) and fabrication pressing assembly hydraulic and pressure test and assembly capabilities as well as profiling using the latest water jet cutting and laser cutting equipment. Each set of processes is embedded within its own division. Customers can engage with only one division or all four depending on the needs and complexity of their project requirements.
